Abstract: This text's research investigates the automation of processes that diagnose tuberculosis and pneumonia from medical imaging data using convolutional neural networks (CNNs). Worldwide, TB and pneumonia represent serious health risks that need to be identified quickly to be effectively treated and controlled. We introduce a CNN-based approach that leverages deep learning to increase the efficiency and accuracy of diagnosis. We use publicly available datasets of chest X-ray images to train and evaluate the CNN model. Based on meticulous testing and analysis, our findings indicate that this is the most reliable method for diagnosing tuberculosis or pneumonia patients. The CNN model outperforms conventional approaches for real-time clinical applications because of its superior performance metrics, which include high accuracy, sensitivity rates, and specificity values. This research contributes to ongoing attempts to use artificial intelligence for improved medical diagnosis, enabling early illness recognition and better patient outcomes for the treatment of both tuberculosis and pneumonia.

Abstract: The Internet of Things (IoT) is transmuting the way we interact with the physical world, incorporating machine-to-machine communication to form a integrated network of smart devices. This paper is an inclusive study of the current state of IoT research, exploring its foundational concepts, architectural components, key applications, and emerging challenges. It investigates into the intelligent interfaces that enable whole communication and collaboration among devices using sensors, actuators, and processors. The core concepts of IoT, including its definition, characteristics, and the fundamental technologies that drive its development is discussed. Then the architectural components of IoT systems, outlining the various layers such as insight, network, and application layers, and the role of middleware in facilitating incorporation and interoperability are inspected.

The paper explores the varied applications of IoT across numerous spheres, including smart homes, healthcare, industrial automation, agriculture, and smart cities. For each application, specific use cases, benefits, and the impact of IoT on improving efficiency and enhancing handler experience are highlighted.
The paper also talks about the emerging challenges in IoT, such as security and privacy concerns, scalability issues, and the need for standardization. We analyze the current approaches to addressing these challenges and identify gaps that require further research.

Finally, we highlight latent future directions for IoT, considering the advancements in related technologies such as artificial intelligence, edge computing, and 5G. We discuss how these technologies can be united with IoT to create more smart, approachable, and self-directed systems, paving the way for new innovations and applications. By providing a thorough overview of the current state of IoT and its future prospects, this paper aims to serve as a valuable resource for researchers, practitioners, and policymakers interested in the continued development and deployment of IoT technologies.

Abstract: Sexual desire has long been a subject of debate, often clouded by societal myths and stereotypes. One of the most persistent misconceptions is that men have a greater need for sex than women. This paper challenges this notion by exploring the biological, psychological, and social factors that influence sexual desire in both genders. Research indicates that while testosterone plays a significant role in male libido, female sexuality is equally complex, influenced by hormonal cycles, emotional connection, and psychological factors. Studies also suggest that women may experience fluctuations in sexual desire that are not necessarily lower but rather different from men.

Additionally, societal norms and cultural conditioning shape perceptions of sexual need, often suppressing female sexuality while exaggerating male desire. In reality, both men and women have varying levels of sexual needs, which are influenced by individual personality, relationships, and life circumstances. The myth that men inherently have a stronger sex drive overlooks the diversity of human sexuality and the impact of psychological and social conditioning.

By breaking these stereotypes, we can foster a more informed and open discourse about sexual health and relationships. Recognizing that sexual desire is not a one-size-fits-all concept allows for healthier conversations and more fulfilling partnerships. This paper ultimately argues that sexual needs are highly individualized, and gender should not be the sole determinant of one's libido or sexual fulfillment.

Abstract: This research aims to assess the factors influencing Cultural Intelligence (CQ) among Gen Z, focusing on cultural engagement, the perceived importance of diversity, and individuals' comfort levels in cross-cultural interactions. The study explores several key areas such as the frequency with which Gen Z adapts communication styles in different social and cultural contexts, the interaction frequency with people from diverse cultural backgrounds, and the preferred methods for learning about other cultures. The role of technology and social media as tools for engaging with diverse cultural perspectives is also examined, alongside the participants' beliefs about the significance of cultural knowledge and diversity in today's interconnected world.

Additionally, the survey delves into the importance of social justice issues, the need for diverse online communities, and the role of cultural events in enhancing awareness and fostering inclusivity. The respondents' comfort with expressing their own cultural identities, adapting to cultural norms, and engaging in discussions on sensitive cultural topics is also evaluated.

The research seeks to identify patterns in Gen Z's cultural awareness and competency, with the ultimate goal of understanding how various demographic, psychological, and social factors contribute to the development of cultural intelligence. Through factor analysis, the study aims to draw insights that can inform both academic research and practical applications, helping to foster more inclusive environments in education, workplaces, and social settings. These insights will also offer a comprehensive understanding of how Gen Z navigates cultural diversity in a globalized world, providing valuable data for future cultural competence initiatives and social integration strategies.

Social intelligence encompasses self-awareness, social awareness, and relationship management, all of which are vital for navigating intricate social interactions and achieving favourable outcomes in both conflict and negotiation contexts.

Self-awareness serves as the cornerstone of social intelligence, enabling individuals to identify and manage their own emotions. In situations of conflict or negotiation, self-awareness aids individuals in regulating their emotional reactions, steering clear of impulsive behaviours, and communicating effectively. By being attuned to their own feelings and responses, individuals can concentrate on the matter at hand without allowing emotions to obscure their judgment or heighten tensions.

Social awareness refers to the capacity to comprehend and empathize with the emotions, needs, and viewpoints of others. This ability allows individuals to interpret social signals, such as body language and tone, and adjust their approach as needed. In the realms of conflict resolution and negotiation, social awareness promotes active listening and empathy, which are crucial for uncovering common interests and establishing trust. By being aware of others' emotional states, individuals can customize their responses to ensure that everyone feels acknowledged and respected.

Abstract: Blockchain technology creates a new way to store data that solves typical cloud storage problems by running data across multiple devices. Users can get better security for their data, while trust in single breakdowns decreases when they store data through blockchain-distributed ledgers. Data management becomes more trustworthy on blockchain-based cloud storage because its decentralized architecture provides greater privacy protection and data control. Researchers now study ways blockchain works with cloud storage across different applications such as healthcare, IoT devices, and digital forensics. The complete adoption of blockchain-based storage requires us to overcome scalability, communication, and legal difficulties.

Abstract: This research aims to examine the impact of employee satisfaction on workplace efficiency. It also highlights the significance of understanding workplace conditions and how employees perceive their job roles. A total of 150 questionnaires were distributed to employees, forming the basis for the analysis. The study employed a qualitative descriptive research approach, and open-ended questionnaires were used for data collection. The findings indicate that employees are more satisfied when management effectively responds to their concerns, provides a secure and motivating work environment, and ensures career growth opportunities. Additionally, factors such as competitive compensation, job stability, and leadership support significantly influence employee satisfaction. Therefore, the study concludes that employee satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on workplace productivity. This means that job security, work environment, compensation, career growth, and leadership play a crucial role in determining employee satisfaction in the textile industry.

Abstract: Change management is a crucial aspect of organizational success, especially in dynamic business environments. This study explores employee attitudes towards change management, examining factors that influence resistance, acceptance, and overall adaptability. The research highlights the role of communication, leadership support, organizational culture, and employee involvement in shaping attitudes toward change. Data analysis is conducted to determine patterns and relationships between employee demographics, job roles, and their responses to organizational change initiatives. The study provides recommendations to improve change management strategies and enhance employee engagement in transition processes.

Abstract: Digital signal filtering is used in many different fields, including communications, radar, navigation and others, because of its excellent performance and the ability to obtain accurate results using FIR and IIR filters.

In this paper, we propose the design and implementation mechanism for FIR digital BPF based on the use of Cyclone II EP2C20F484C7 FPGA from ALTERA, placed on education and development board DE-1. The designed filter has the following parameters: -Clock frequency: FCLK=50 MHz.
-Sampling frequency: fsam= 2 MHz.
-Cut- off frequency of the band pass filter (BPF): fcut1=100 KHz , fcut2=200 KHz.
-Type of input signal is: sinusoidal of frequency: finp1=95 KHz, finp2=97 KHz, finp3=100 KHz, finp4=150 KHz, finp5=200 KHz, finp6=203 KHz, finp7=203 KHz, -The ROM capacity for the stored input signal samples is 8192X8 bits, and their values are positive within the range from (0 to 255).
-Frequency range: (0.0001 Hz…1 MHz).
-Frequency Resolution: (0.0001 Hz).
- Signal amplitude (5V).
Digital designs using FPGA allow the system to be modified and developed to obtain better results through reprogramming according to the user's desire.
