Publication Policies

International Multidisciplinary Research Journal Reviews (IMRJR) follows these policies to ensure high standards in publishing and to guide authors, editors, and reviewers through the publication process:

Manuscript Submission: Authors should submit their manuscripts via the journal’s online submission system, following the guidelines provided in the Author Instructions. Submissions must include all required components, such as an abstract, keywords, and appropriate formatting according to the journal’s style.

Peer Review Process: All submitted manuscripts undergo rigorous peer review to ensure the quality and validity of published research. Reviewers are selected based on their expertise in the relevant field and are asked to provide constructive feedback to authors. The peer review process is double-blind to maintain impartiality.

Authorship and Acknowledgments: Authors should ensure that all individuals who have made substantial contributions to the research are listed as authors. Those who contributed to the work but do not meet the criteria for authorship should be acknowledged appropriately. Authors are responsible for obtaining permission to use copyrighted materials and for disclosing any conflicts of interest.

Plagiarism and Originality: Plagiarism in all its forms is considered unethical and unacceptable. Authors must ensure that their work is original and properly cite sources, including their own previous work when relevant. Similarity checks may be conducted, and manuscripts found to contain plagiarized content will be rejected or retracted.

Data and Reproducibility: Authors should provide sufficient detail and raw data to allow others to replicate the study if possible. Data fabrication and manipulation are unethical practices and will result in rejection or retraction of the manuscript.

Ethical Considerations: Research involving human or animal subjects must comply with relevant ethical standards and regulations. Authors should provide documentation of ethical approval and informed consent, as appropriate. The journal reserves the right to reject manuscripts that do not meet ethical standards.

Corrections, Retractions, and Expressions of Concern: International Multidisciplinary Research Journal Reviews (IMRJR) follows ethical guidelines regarding corrections, retractions, and expressions of concern. If errors are identified post-publication, corrections will be issued promptly. Articles found to contain serious flaws or ethical issues may be retracted with proper notification.

Copyright and Licensing: Authors retain copyright of their work published in International Multidisciplinary Research Journal Reviews (IMRJR), but are required to grant the journal the right to publish and distribute the article under a suitable Creative Commons license or equivalent. Details regarding copyright and licensing options will be provided to authors upon acceptance.

Editorial Independence and Decision Making: Decisions on manuscript handling, including acceptance, rejection, or revisions, are made based on the scientific merit of the work and compliance with journal policies. Editors and editorial board members strive to maintain editorial independence and objectivity throughout the review process.

Open Access Policy: International Multidisciplinary Research Journal Reviews (IMRJR) supports open access publishing to ensure research is accessible to a global audience without barriers. Authors may choose to publish under open access options provided by the journal.

AI-Assisted Content and Authorship Policy:
To maintain high ethical standards and academic integrity, IMRJR has adopted the following policy regarding the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools in manuscript preparation and submission.

  • Permitted Uses of AI Tools
Authors may use AI tools only for non-research tasks, such as:
Grammar and spelling correction, Language polishing or formatting, Drafting cover letters or administrative sections
  • Prohibited Uses
The following are strictly not allowed:
Generating or interpreting core research content (e.g., methodology, data analysis, results), Creating images, charts, references, or experimental data using AI, Using AI-generated content without human oversight or disclosure, Listing AI tools as co-authors

Disclosure Requirement
Any use of AI tools must be explicitly disclosed in the manuscript.

Sample Statement:
“AI tools such as ChatGPT were used for grammar correction and formatting. All content was reviewed and approved by the authors.”

Author Responsibility
Authors are fully responsible for the accuracy, originality, and integrity of the manuscript. AI-generated content must be carefully reviewed and must not misrepresent scientific findings.

Violation Consequences
Failure to comply with this policy may result in:
Immediate rejection of the manuscript, Retraction of a published article, Notification to the author’s affiliated institution

This policy aligns with best practices recommended by COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics) and leading academic indexing bodies.
