Malpractice Statement

Malpractice Statement

The International Multidisciplinary Research Journal Reviews (IMRJR) is committed to upholding the highest standards of ethical conduct in research and publication. To this end, we have established the following malpractice statement to address potential issues of academic misconduct and ensure the integrity of our scholarly processes:

  1. Plagiarism: The IMRJR maintains a strict policy against plagiarism. All submissions must be original work, and any form of plagiarism—including copying of text, ideas, or data without proper citation—is unacceptable. Submissions found to contain plagiarized material will be rejected, and authors may face sanctions.
  2. Fabrication and Falsification: Authors are expected to report their research findings truthfully. Fabrication (making up data or results) and falsification (manipulating research materials, equipment, or processes) are considered serious breaches of academic integrity. Any instances of such misconduct will lead to the rejection of the manuscript and may result in further disciplinary actions.
  3. Duplicate Submission: Submissions that have been previously published or are under review elsewhere are not acceptable. Authors must ensure that their submissions are not simultaneously submitted to other journals. Duplicate submissions will be rejected.
  4. Authorship and Contribution: All individuals who have made significant contributions to the research must be appropriately listed as authors. Contributions should be clearly defined, and all authors must approve the final version of the manuscript. Any disputes regarding authorship should be resolved prior to submission.
  5. Conflict of Interest: Authors must disclose any potential conflicts of interest that could be perceived to influence the research outcomes or the interpretation of the results. Failure to disclose conflicts of interest may result in the rejection of the manuscript.
  6. Data Sharing and Transparency: Researchers are encouraged to make their data available to others for verification and reproducibility. Authors should provide access to the datasets upon request, in line with the journal’s data sharing policies.
  7. Retractions and Corrections: In cases where significant errors or issues are discovered after publication, the IMRJR is committed to issuing timely retractions or corrections to maintain the accuracy of the scientific record.
  8. Ethical Approval: Research involving human participants, animals, or biohazards must have received appropriate ethical approval from relevant institutional review boards or ethics committees. Authors must provide evidence of such approvals where applicable.

The IMRJR takes these matters seriously and is dedicated to maintaining the highest ethical standards in all aspects of our publishing process. Any instances of suspected misconduct should be reported to the journal’s editorial office for investigation.
